Craig I. Kelley serves as Of Counsel at Woodward, Kelley, Fulton & Kaplan, bringing more than 25 years of legal experience in bankruptcy, asset protection, debtor and creditor rights, collections, commercial litigation, and real estate foreclosures. His in-depth knowledge and strategic approach have made him a trusted legal advisor to financial institutions, businesses, and individuals seeking effective legal solutions.

Mr. Kelley earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1988 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 1985. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Over his career, he has represented major financial institutions, including BB&T Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, First Citizens Bank & Trust, and Florida Community Bank, among others.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kelley is committed to legal education and thought leadership. He serves as an adjunct professor of bankruptcy and business law at Palm Beach State College and is a frequent speaker at bankruptcy and business law seminars for banks and professional organizations. He has also contributed articles on bankruptcy and asset protection to publications such as Simply the Best Magazine.

Kelley’s legal excellence has been recognized by his peers, earning him an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and designation as a Florida Super Lawyer three times. He is also a participating bankruptcy attorney in the AARP Legal Services Network. Since joining the firm as Of Counsel in 2019, he continues to provide top-tier legal counsel to clients navigating complex financial and legal matters.
