Bio
Brandon is an experienced corporate and business attorney who advises companies of all sizes, with an emphasis on startups, early-stage companies, closely held enterprises, and other privately owned businesses. Drawing on his experience as both in-house counsel and a law firm partner, he provides practical, business-focused guidance throughout every stage of a company’s growth and development. He is a former president of the Martin County Bar Association and a past chair of The Florida Bar’s Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. Brandon serves as a trusted legal advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges, protect their interests, and pursue their long-term business objectives.
