Dana Kaplan serves as Of Counsel at Woodward, Kelley, Fulton & Kaplan, bringing extensive experience in bankruptcy law and creditor rights. She provides strategic legal counsel to individuals and businesses navigating complex financial challenges, including bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, and debt resolution.
Ms. Kaplan earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2005, after completing her Bachelor of Arts at Manhattanville College in 1996. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut (2005), Florida (2007), and New York (2012), allowing her to represent clients across multiple jurisdictions in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters.
Her practice focuses on representing both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and contested matters. She also provides legal representation for creditors in foreclosure proceedings, assisting with deeds in lieu, forbearance agreements, evictions, and deficiency judgment collections.
